Description:

The Marketing Assistant assists with all marketing activities for ClinPhone's products and services, including advertising, direct mail, client events, webinars and conferences, among others. In this role, the Marketing Assistant also provides support to the Business Development team which includes general administrative duties to the coordination of various projects and activities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Team with the planning of trade show and seminar logistics and any travel coordination. Maintain conference checklists to ensure all activities are completed in a timely manner.

- Perform regular maintenance and updates of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database, including entering conference details, competitor data, and client and prospect lead information. Utilize the CRM database to generate email announcements and mass mailings to clients and prospects.

- Assist with all administrative duties involved in production of webinars, including promotion and follow-up activities.

- Research various conferences, awards opportunities, promotional giveaways, competitor information, news releases, etc.

- Support the Business Development team by performing general administrative duties, including filing, faxing, copying, and preparing mailings.

- Order and maintain inventory of marketing supplies and promotional items and prepare and ship exhibit stands and materials.

- Work closely and develop relationships with vendors such as conference organizers, printers and promotional item companies.

Qualifications:

This job requires a customer service attitude and proficient oral and written communication skills. This position requires an individual to be highly energetic, organized and detail oriented. Must be able to multitask and work in a highly collaborative team environment, taking instruction from multiple individuals. Must have a strong interest in marketing and be eager to learn. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, take initiative and embrace ownership of projects.

Education/Experience: Must have at least two years of administrative office experience in a client-based environment. Some marketing experience a plus. Must have experience with phone systems and office equipment, including copiers, printers, fax machines, etc. Must be highly proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
